Our Maintenance

Customer should sign the repair form upon receive of the device for repair. Our technicians troubleshoot the device to find the faults and to determine the cost of the repair. Upon signing the repair form we give the customer a copy of the repair number including our contact number so the customer can contact us and in turn we will tell and ask for approval for repair while giving him an estimated time to finish the device. Customer can follow up on the status of the device by calling, visiting us or by email.
